At Willi Mirrors, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind every home decor item we sell and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the process, conditions, and timelines for returning products and receiving refunds.

1. Return Window

We accept returns on all eligible items within 90 days from the date of delivery. This 90-day commercial return window exceeds the minimum statutory requirements under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws and reflects our commitment to a risk-free shopping experience.

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 90-day window. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 90 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Items should be in their original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation where possible. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return under this policy (though manufacturing defects are fully covered).
  • Items must not have been permanently installed, altered, or modified in a way that would prevent resale.

We do not have a "final sale" category. All items sold by Willi Mirrors are eligible for return within the 90-day window, subject to the conditions above.

3. Free Return Shipping

Willi Mirrors covers the cost of return shipping on all approved returns. You will never be charged for return postage. Once your return is approved:

  1. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  2. Package the item securely using the original packaging or suitable alternative packaging.
  3. Attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location indicated on the label.

Please do not ship items back without first contacting us and receiving a return authorization and prepaid label, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees of any kind. The full purchase price of eligible returned items will be refunded, with no deductions for restocking, handling, or processing.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 90 days of delivery via email at contact@willimirrors.com or via WhatsApp at +1 (314) 297-8704.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (for example: change of mind, defective item, wrong item received, or damage during shipping).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Ship the item using the prepaid label provided.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days of receipt.

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive your refund within 14 days of the date we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refund Amount: The full purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded. Original outbound shipping charges, if any were paid, are also refundable if the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item). For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges, if any were paid, may not be refunded.
  • Partial Refunds: A partial refund may be issued if an item is returned in a condition that indicates use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, at our discretion.

Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account after we have processed it. This processing time is outside of our control.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please contact us at contact@willimirrors.com. We recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired item to ensure availability. Our team is happy to assist you with this process.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but damage during shipping can occasionally occur. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@willimirrors.com or via WhatsApp at +1 (314) 297-8704.
  2. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
  3. We will arrange a free return and offer you a full refund or a replacement, at your choice, with no additional cost to you.

You are not required to use the standard 90-day return window for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. These situations are handled on a priority basis.

9. Non-Returnable Situations

The following situations are not covered under this return policy:

  • Returns requested after the 90-day return window has expired (unless required by law).
  • Items that have been permanently installed, altered, or modified in a way that prevents resale, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications after delivery.
  • Items reported as damaged or defective more than 7 days after delivery where the damage is not attributable to a manufacturing defect or shipping issue.

10. Cancellations

We will make every effort to cancel the order and issue a full refund before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process outlined above.

11. Consumer Rights Under Applicable Law

Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) as adopted in your state. If you believe your statutory rights have not been honored, you may also contact your state's consumer protection office.
