At Willi Mirrors, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, carriers, and other important information related to the shipment of your order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), APO/FPO military addresses, or internationally. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak periods such as holiday seasons or promotional sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2 to 5 business days from the date of shipment, where available and selected at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is typically 6 to 13 business days for standard shipping.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated based on the order value, weight, dimensions, and delivery destination, and are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. We periodically offer free shipping promotions, which will be reflected at checkout when applicable. We will never charge hidden shipping fees after an order is placed.
5. Shipping Carriers
We partner with leading U.S. shipping carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers for larger items. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on order size, destination, and service availability. The carrier name and tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the confirmation email.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Willi Mirrors is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at contact@willimirrors.com. We will attempt to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been dispatched.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
- Check around your delivery location, including with neighbors or building management, as packages are sometimes left in alternate secure locations.
- Wait 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly before actual delivery.
- Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided to open an investigation.
- If the issue is not resolved, contact us at contact@willimirrors.com or via WhatsApp at +1 (314) 297-8704 and we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage by taking photographs before or upon unpacking, and contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@willimirrors.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free return and provide a full replacement or refund as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
10. Freight Shipments for Large Items
Some of our larger mirror and lighting products may be shipped via freight carrier. For freight shipments, the carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the item at the time of delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing, and contact us immediately if damage is observed.
