Willi Mirrors is a home decor brand specializing in mirrors and lighting fixtures for residential and commercial spaces throughout the United States. By using this Site and placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even after the order has been confirmed.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout, based on the shipping destination and applicable state and local tax laws. Tax rates vary by state and locality.

An order is accepted and a contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email and the payment is successfully processed.

We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been dispatched. 6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship exclusively within the United States. Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and applicable fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Some orders may qualify for free shipping based on order value or promotional offers, while others may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout. 7. Returns and Refunds

  • Arbitration: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Dallas County, Texas, or remotely at the mutual agreement of the parties.
  • Small Claims Court: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in lieu of arbitration, provided the claim qualifies under that court's jurisdictional limits.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WILLIAMS ORGANIC INTERIORS regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
